Carbon materials can be dispersed and defoamed with high precision. Paste resins can then be forwarded to analysis after separation for research and development applications.

From nanoparticles to hundreds of microns of particles can be dispersed with high precision. Since the ratio of revolution to rotation can be adjusted according to resin viscosity, the machine that lumps can be suppressed allowing for greater versatility.
Dispersion requires homogenization. Some materials can be defoamed while being dispersed, but processes may need to be separated as defoaming after dispersing in some cases.
Even in those cases, high-precision defoaming can be performed by the vacuuming function of the SK-300TVS-A.
The machine can also be used for various research and development applications, in which paste resins are intentionally separated to extract necessary components or to undergo component analysis.
