For pigments and highly functional materials varying in particle size, the issue of lumps is resolved by changing the ratio of revolution to rotation.
Since 1L size was assumed as a throughput, processing was smooth with no need for container transfer.
Either of the two types of rotors can be selected: shifted type for shortening the mixing time and for putting in long containers, or straight type for giving priority to throughput.
Processing was quick by centrifugal defoaming + vacuum defoaming. There is no need to worry about bubbling over since the vacuum level can be adjusted.
The condition of deformed materials can be checked since the structure of the main body is of a vacuum chamber type and it can be used as a vacuum desiccator without rotating after defoaming.
