Maintenance parts are also available for long-term use of our products with periodic maintenance.
As a basic principle, we respond to repair / maintenance for troubles or malfunctions using a send-back format, but we also offer such service as loaning of alternative machines or on-site repair so that your production and development schedule will not be impacted. In addition, we offer service that reflects customer feedback such as on-site diagnosis and maintenance for safe and comfortable use for a long time.
We constantly strive to improve every day so that we can understand our customers’ conditions quickly and accurately and continue to provide high-quality support.
02Technical Support
We provide accurate advice on issues and requests after introduction.
We also accept consultations about various issues and requests after introduction such as “we want to use the machine for materials that are different from when we first introduced the machine,” “although we introduced the machine for mixing, we want to use it for defoaming as well,” and “we want to scale up the equipment.”。
The performance results of mixing and defoaming vary greatly depending on the ratio of revolution to rotation, respective rotational speeds, combination of step operation, etc.
Our technical staff suggest operating conditions suitable for customer-specific materials and accept consultations for full derivation of the performance specific to Kakuhunter having the individual revolution and rotation speed control function.

Response to
increased safety structure
We respond to customization flexibly *according to your various requests for enhanced safety structures, which are frequently requested, such as replacement with an explosion-proof motor / inverter, air purge function, exhaust duct installation, installation of a signal tower, and more.
* Please note in advance that some models and functions may not meet your requests.
Change of vacuum pump from oil type to dry type
Kakuhunter with the vacuum reduced pressure function is an oil type as standard, but it can also be changed to a dry type*.
* Differential cost between oil type and dry type is required.
Response to customer-designated containers
We also accept customization of adapters (optional) for customer-designated containers or syringes. This enables use of currently used containers, with no need to purchase new containers. (There are cases where adapters may not be fabricated depending on the shape of containers.)
